Age On, a fitness community designed specifically for older adults, will host a special educational event on April 1st from 10:30–11:30 AM focused on the powerful connection between exercise and brain health.
This engaging presentation will explore how physical activity can help lower the risk of cognitive decline—regardless of an individual’s health history or genetic risk. Attendees will learn about the most effective types of exercise for supporting brain function, memory, and long-term cognitive health.
In addition to the presentation, participants will have the opportunity to experience these brain-boosting exercises firsthand in a, safe, supportive group setting during an optional brain health workout. The session will be led by licensed physical and occupational therapists, ensuring expert guidance tailored to the needs of older adults.
Age On is more than a gym—it is a community built to help older adults stay strong, independent, and engaged through evidence-based fitness programming and expert coaching.
