Meet Our Team
Jake Raecker, DPT
Jake is a physical therapist and a proud Iowan. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Washington University in St. Louis, home to the nation’s top-ranked physical therapy program. Following graduation, he completed a geriatric physical therapy residency at the Mayo Clinic and is board certified in geriatric physical therapy.
With experience treating people 55+ across a variety of settings, Jake has worked with those facing critical illnesses in intensive care units, individuals with cognitive impairments, as well as highly active adults pursuing advanced fitness and performance goals. Jake’s approach to physical therapy is rooted in a deep understanding of the aging experience, evidence based practice, and the belief that stronger older adults make stronger communities.
Jake and his wife Emily Kopec, an endodontist with Corridor Endodontics, live in Tiffin with their 2 year old daughter, Sofia and 4 month old son, Nello.
Corri Goldsmith, OTR/L
Corri is an occupational therapist, certified brain injury specialist, and group fitness coach passionate about helping older adults stay active, independent, and confident through every stage of life. She earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa, and holds a national certification in group fitness instruction.
With experience in home health, inpatient rehabilitation, and community wellness, Corrigan brings a holistic, evidence-based approach to aging — focusing on strength, function, and mindset. Inspired by her late brother’s reminder to “live life fully,” she empowers others to keep saying yes to movement, purpose, and possibility.
Outside of work, Corri enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her fiancé Nick, his daughter Amara, and their active Iowa family.
